Customer Service Agent with German

Your responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries via tickets, phone, or email regarding order status, order processing, account updates, and system management.
• Responding to basic customer questions and resolving issues related to scanners, basic network configuration, and scanning support.
• Maintaining high and consistent performance in line with KPI requirements.

Our requirements

• German language skills at a minimum of C1 level
• Proficient level of English
• Strong command of computer and office tools
• Engagement and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills

Optional

• Experience in customer service or office work will be an additional advantage
