Fluency in English is a must., 2+ years in Customer Service., Strong SAP experience (2+ years preferred)., Customer-focused and relationship-oriented., Strong communication and interpersonal skills., Analytical mindset with attention to detail., Comfortable with numbers and data., Comfortable collaborating with remote colleagues and customers, Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure., Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions., Additional European language skills would be an advantage.
