Coordinator, Credit Management Support (m/f)Your responsibilities Lead and inspire a team to achieve their best performance while maintaining high standards of work; Oversee the tracking and management of factoring operations, ensuring all data are clear, accurate, and up-to-date; Support the team in meeting key performance targets (KPIs); Coordinate external partners, monitor the performance of outsourced teams; Collaborate with the ICT to improve workflows; Act as the point of contact between the team and ICT, ensuring credit management processes are continuously optimized; Insight into AI-driven solutions to explore how they can improve credit management/factoring operations. Our requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; Proficiency in English (C1); Knowledge of Italian (B2 level): Strong leadership, team management and administrative abilities; Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams; Comfortable with using a range of software tools such as Excel; Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
