Anforderungen

Degree in business administration/ HR Management or relevant field and/ or experience (+5 years), Previous experience in working with a global technology organization or similar, Proven compensation and benefits experience across multiple countries, Ability to work strategically and operationally, Experience in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and processes, Project Management, including the ability to work under own initiative and manage deadlines effectively, Team working and ability to work and communicate with senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, Advanced Excel (expert level), and MS Office, Strong interpersonal skills, Analytical capabilities to create focused action plans and drive insights through metrics., Good communication and presentation capabilities supported with experience in delivering training focused on Comp & Ben to different stakeholders, Excellent knowledge of job evaluation methodologies., Benefits/well-being program plan design and deployment experience is a plus, Languages: fluent in English is mandatory / any other European language is considered as an asset.
