Commercial Finance Business Partner

3-6+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing or Business Controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment., Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights., Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage., Comfortable working in an international, multi‑site and multi‑currency environment., Knowledge of profitability analysis, pricing, margin management or cash flow forecasting is highly desirable., Ability to build financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenario analysis) and work with large datasets., A proactive business partner with strong communication skills and the confidence to support Sales, Commercial and Operations teams., Fluent English (daily cooperation with global teams).
