Several years of professional experience in Procurement, Source‑to‑Pay, Finance, or a related field in a complex, international environment;, Demonstrated ability to operate credibly and confidently with CFOs and senior leadership, acting as a trusted business partner;, Strong business acumen and systems thinking, with the ability to connect end‑to‑end processes, data, and business outcomes;, Proven experience in stakeholder management, including building strategic, trust‑based relationships and managing expectations across multiple countries or business units;, Experience in leading without formal authority, orchestrating cross‑functional teams and driving results through influence rather than direct people management;, Solid understanding of S2P processes and Procurement operating models, including issue resolution, performance management, and continuous improvement;, Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions;, Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messages for diverse stakeholder groups;, Proven experience in change management, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training to drive adoption of new processes, tools, or ways of working;, High degree of autonomy, resilience, and ownership mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment., Preferred Qualifications:, Experience working in a global matrix organization with cross‑country or regional accountability;, Familiarity with S2P and Procurement analytics and reporting tools, and experience defining business requirements for such tools;, Background in the life sciences, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry;, Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant for Switzerland and the cluster (e.g., German B2) is an advantage.
