For more information, visit www.ridedott.comTHE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACTYour main responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for customers, riders, and third parties reporting incidents, property damage, or bodily injury via email, chat, and phone. You will ensure accurate claims intake, assess incident details against Dott’s claims procedures and insurance coverages, and provide clear guidance on documentation, coverage, and next steps, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. You will also conduct assessment of the claims data and provide insights on claims.
