Chief Accountant (m/f/x)

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supported by solid practical knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations., Several years of professional experience in accounting, including independent responsibility for statutory books; experience in the manufacturing sector will be a strong advantage., Practical expertise in Polish GAAP and tax settlements (VAT, CIT, PIT), with the ability to apply changing regulations in daily operations., Hands-on experience with month‑end and year‑end closing, preparing statutory financial statements, and cooperating with auditors., Very good command of English, enabling effective communication within an international organization., Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and strong Excel skills., Ability to build, guide, and supervise an accounting team, paired with strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset., Experience in internal controls and process improvements will be considered an asset.
