Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field., At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a similar position., Experience in cooperation with auditors and external institutions., Accounting experience in a manufacturing company is preferred., Excellent knowledge of the Accounting Act and current tax regulations., Experience working with ERP systems., Very good English at a level that allows for comfortable business communication., Independence, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and responsibility., Analytical thinking and the ability to work in an environment of dynamic change., Proactivity and a focus on process improvement.
