What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Independently managing a station in a cook-to-order kitchen
• Preparing high-quality dishes with a focus on taste, precision, and presentation
• Ensuring smooth service flow at your station
• Performing mise en place, inventory control, and efficient work organization
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP standards
• Supervising and guiding commis and kitchen assistants at your station

What you bring to the team:

• Completed training as a chef
• Ideally, experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry
• High standards of quality and a clean, structured working style
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Passion for fresh ingredients and precise culinary craftsmanship
• Your engaging personality, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality are a natural part of who you are
