Project information Industry: banking Rate: up to 100 zł/h netto + VAT (B2B) Location: Gdańsk/ Warsaw/ Gdynia/ Łódź Working model: Up to 60% remote work SummaryFor an international project focused on transforming IT service and change management processes, we are looking for a skilled Change Management Analyst who will support the organization in tailoring change management practices to the needs of different business units.If you enjoy working with stakeholders, analyzing processes, and turning requirements into practical solutions — this role is for you.Responsibilities Facilitate internal workshops with business and technical stakeholders Analyze organizational needs and define recommendations for change management customization Gather and transform requirements into user stories and project tasks Create and maintain project and operational documentation Support ongoing project activities and collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner Must-have skills Proven experience in Change Management Strong skills in requirements analysis and definition Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Excellent communication and organizational skills Nice-to-have Knowledge of other ITIL practices, especially Incident and Problem Management Familiarity with the BMC Helix platform Experience in transformation or process optimization projects
