Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR TASKSExtension of the scope of Car Fleet management to other European countries, scope within the Procurement structureHelping entities in the local fleet processes (verification options & provide the documents with details of specific cars)Receiving documents from the drivers & verification of the correctnessGathering data for discounts from suppliers & distribution to leasing partners and countriesSending the documents to local fleet manager for approval via DocuSign and tracking the documentsReplying on queries regarding orders/ vehicles (color, options, timing, etc.)Sending the quotes requests to leasing partners; Comparing the offers; Presenting the selected offer to local fleet managerSending the final offer to the supplierContact with key dealers in case of questions about specific car/option/availabilityReporting to Payroll the costs to be deducted from an employee’s salary resulting from the use of a company car.YOUR PROFILEStrong administrative and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.Good understanding of basic vehicle terminology (e.g., automatic/manual transmission, service inspection, insurance, damages).Competence in documentation management: preparing handovers, scheduling appointments, coordinating vehicle pick ups/returns.Proactive problem solving mindset — does not wait for ready-made solutions, actively looks for ways to move tasks forward.Comfort with ambiguity — able to navigate chaotic or unclear situations and bring clarity, structure, and order.Ownership & accountability — takes responsibility for tasks, decisions, and outcomes without hesitation.Self starter attitude — able to work independently, make decisions, and show initiative.Strong communication & stakeholder management — able to work effectively with drivers, internal teams, and logistics partners.Nice to have:Previous experience in fleet management, automotive operations, logistics, customer service, or other coordination focused rolesExperience working with service providers, workshops, insurers, and external partnersFamiliarity with company car policies, vehicle handover processes, and day to day fleet operationWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40+ options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Sports card.
