Capital Markets Reporting Specialist

For one of our clients, an international company, we are looking for a Capital Markets Reporting Specialist. The role focuses on turning financial and business data into clear communication for investors and analysts. You will support regular reporting cycles, prepare investor‑facing materials, and help ensure transparent, consistent messaging across the capital market.Responsibilities:Prepare periodic reporting materials such as management reports, quarterly presentations, and financial summariesSupport the preparation of official stock‑exchange announcements and ensure accuracy and complianceGather financial and operational data from internal teams and translate it into clear, structured contentCoordinate materials and logistics for supervisory board meetings and general shareholder meetingsAssist in budgeting and long‑term planning processes, including analytical work in ExcelCreate and refine presentations for internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:1–3 years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, equity research, or a similar fieldGood understanding of financial statements and corporate reportingVery good knowledge of English (min.
