C++ Developer – telco industry (f/m/x)

Designing, developing, and maintaining components of the Video Management System
Participating in the end-to-end software development lifecycle
Collaborating with architects, developers, and testers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions
Contributing to code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
Ensuring high code quality by applying software engineering best practices
Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing systems
Supporting continuous improvement of development processes and build environments

Minimum 3 years of experience in modern C++
Practical knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing and build environments
Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Adaptability and an open-minded approach to problem-solving
English language proficiency is sufficient for efficient communication
Hybrid work required
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
