💼 Business Systems Support EngineerWe’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise applications used across retail stores, offices, and distribution centres in a global organisation.You’ll provide Level 3 support, resolve complex incidents, act as an escalation point for L1/L2 teams, and collaborate with infrastructure, development, and external vendors to ensure system stability, security, and performance.
