We are looking for a Business Manager who doesn't just want to "sell" a product, but who understands how to architect financial solutions for the "Hidden Champions" of the Mittelstand and international governments.
Aufgaben
Your Responsibility – From Architecture to Execution
As a Business Manager, you are the lead architect of our client projects. You manage the lifecycle of high-volume capital raises.
- Project Structuring: You lead the creation of dedicated SPVs and revenue-engineered structures. You translate client needs into investable financial products.
- Capital Sourcing & Closing: You manage the relationship with private investors, family offices, and institutional partners to ensure the successful deployment of capital.
- Strategic Advisory: You guide CEOs and Owners through complex moves—whether they are starting a new venture, expanding globally, or planning a debt-free exit.
- Risk & Asset Analysis: You evaluate business models and IP to determine how to create new revenue streams that back our financial structures.
- Market Interaction: You oversee the market-making process for the securities issued by your SPVs, ensuring liquidity and control over outcomes.
Profil
What You Bring to the Table
- Strategie: You have a deep understanding of Corporate Finance, M&A, or Investment Banking.
- High-Stakes Communication: You negotiate on equal footing with CEOs of mid-cap companies and government officials. Your professional presence is impeccable.
- Analytical Audacity: You can look at a balance sheet and see where "hidden assets" or IP can be leveraged.
- Language Skills: German or French is mandatory; English is your daily working language.
- Entrepreneurial Grit: You prefer a performance-driven environment over the safety of a slow-moving corporate hierarchy.
