If you thrive on acquiring new business and are motivated by ambitious targets – this role is for you.Your role:Actively acquiring new customers (new business) in assigned export markets,Managing the full sales process: from initial contact, through offer preparation and negotiations, to contract signing,Reaching key partners and building long-term relationships,Preparing commercial concepts and tailored offers based on customer needs (consultative sales, technical projects),Cooperating with the technical team to develop solutions and cost calculations,Delivering ambitious sales targets and contributing to the development of new markets,Analyzing the market, identifying new sales opportunities and industry trends.What we expect:Experience in B2B sales, including proven success in acquiring new customers,Experience in technical industry sales,Confidence in conducting sales meetings and negotiations,Ability to organize work independently and consistently achieve goals,English proficiency at minimum B2 level and knowledge of additional foreign languages,Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business.What the company offers:Real impact on the development of new business and market expansion,High level of autonomy and freedom in choosing customer acquisition methods,Work in a large, dynamically growing international company,Attractive commission system,Necessary work tools.
