You match the role if:, , - You know your way around the gaming world - no need to be an industry guru, but we’re looking for someone who’s genuinely into the space and follows it more closely than the average gamer, care about the business side of gaming and knows what’s driving the industry forward;, - You're an analytical thinker and have the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights;, - You have experience with SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting, as well as with tools for creating insightful visualisations;, - You understand the domain well or are willing to dive deeply into it. Our results are business-driven, so to support decision-making effectively, you need to understand the business first and then the data;, - You have strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively;, - You have willingness to expand your findings into long-form reports and white papers;, - You're good at statistics: while we do not require sophisticated forecasting and modeling skills, fundamental understanding of statistics is really important in this role;, - You're detail oriented, have strong interpretation and reporting skills, you care about accuracy, spotting data anomalies and process inefficiencies;, - You're able to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Account Managers and excellence group members;, - You want to put an effort in documenting processes and findings in a clear, structured manner;, - You are able to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful in problem-solving;, - You have proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges;, - You are proficient in English: both speaking and writing., - You have knowledge of various online game distribution platforms for both PC and consoles;, - You have a good presentation skills and an ability to convey complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner; , - You have previous experience in a similar role (preferably as Analyst or Data Scientist) in the gaming or related industry;, - You have basic knowledge of PowerBI & Jupyter Notebooks., , We appreciate that it's impossible to be a specialist in everything!
