Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand customer requests and define user requirements.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making, assess project feasibility, and evaluate impact.
• Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools to extract insights from data.
• Translate customer needs into well-structured technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Use diagrams and flowcharts to model current and future processes.
• Recommend continuous improvements of internal processes and act as a liaison between stakeholders (customers, users, development teams).
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories.
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Experience in writing user stories and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Prior experience working on large-scale, complex initiatives.
• Strong capability to assess priorities, identify potential risks, and proactively suggest viable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Workload Automation tools, especially Control-M, is highly desirable.
