Business Analyst – Tax GMS Developers

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business and system requirements
Define software solutions aligned with business needs
Prepare functional specifications and use cases for development teams
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
Support testing activities and ensure solutions meet user and business expectations
Contribute to project planning, including timelines and deliverables
Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigation actions
Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and any issues
Facilitate effective communication between business units and technology teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of the software development process

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Familiarity with software development tools and technologies
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Knowledge of tools and technologies such as Power BI / Power Query, Alteryx, Visual Basic, RPA, Python, or other programming languages is an advantage
