Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting

Role Overview:The Business Analyst will work on regulatory reporting initiatives, including AnaCredit, COREP, FINREP, LCR, and other local/EU reports. The role involves data analysis, requirements gathering, and working with development, testing, and delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business and data requirementsAnalyze data, technical specifications, and mappingsKeep an overview of all business and data requirementsEngage with stakeholders and manage communicationsSupport data quality and new data sourcesWork with development and testing teams to deliver solutionsMust-Have Requirements:At least 2 years as an analyst in Finance, Business Intelligence, IT, or related areaBachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Risk, Math, or ITKnowledge of regulatory reporting, banking products, systems, processes, and financial dataExperience with business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modellingStrong analytical, reporting, and communication skillsProficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office, Jira, ConfluenceNice to Have:Prior experience with regulatory reporting frameworks and supervisory requirements
