Business Analyst (Customer Product / Mobile Focus)We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a product-driven environment focused on customer-facing digital solutions, including mobile applications. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology and requires strong ownership of requirements across the full product lifecycle.You will work closely with a Global Product Owner/Product Manager to shape, analyse, and document requirements aligned with the overall product vision and roadmap. The role requires hands-on experience in Agile software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions.This position is intended for a pure Business Analyst profile — candidates whose primary professional experience has been focused on business analysis rather than project management, scrum mastering, or delivery management.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements using appropriate techniques and tools.Translate business needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and maintain a high-quality product backlog.Own end-to-end requirements traceability, ensuring documentation is complete, up to date, and properly governed.Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support the Product Owner in prioritisation activities.Produce business analysis artefacts such as process maps, workflows, and specifications for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and R&D to gather inputs and validate requirements.Support feasibility, risk, cost, and value analysis to ensure solutions meet both business and customer needs.Required Experience and SkillsMinimum 5 years of professional experience working exclusively as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.Strong experience in documenting business requirements and supporting solution design and development.Hands-on experience with customer-facing products, such as mobile or web applications.Proven ability to manage and align expectations of multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Experience working in Agile product development environments.Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and negotiate requirements effectively.Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to problem solving.Knowledge of UML and/or BPMN for process modelling and system design.Nice to HaveExperience with REST APIs and data structures (XML/JSON).Exposure to system integrations and architecture patterns.Familiarity with data privacy regulations and security best practices.Understanding of UX/UI principles.Business Analysis certification (e.g. IIBA, PMI-PBA).
