We are looking for a Business Administrator (m/f/d), also for career changers, to join our team.

WHAT WE NEED:

• Solution-oriented customer communication
• Telephone support for our customers
• Email support
• Processing of requests, based on submitted tickets

WHO YOU ARE:

• Commercial or technical training desirable
• Good written and spoken German
• Convincing communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
