Brand & Communication Marketing Specialist

Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing (B2B experience preferred), Experience in building materials, construction, chemical or industrial sector is a strong asset, Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, Fluent Polish and English (mandatory); Italian is a strong plus, Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite – preferred), Understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms), Strong ownership mindset and accountability, Ability to work effectively in a matrix and international environment, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Confident decision-making and ability to take initiative, Strong organizational and time management skills, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability, Analytical mindset with focus on performance measurement and results
