BIM Modeler (m/f/d)

We are EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contractor company whose headquarter is based at Malaysia. Currently we are working for an exciting Semiconductor project at Dresden for a World Leading Customer, delivering specialist scope of work in Clean-Room architectural, Mechanical and Electrical services. We are looking for young talents to join our team.

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Coordinate closely with Clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy, clash detection and system interoperability.
• Lead clash detection, create clash issues (e.g., in PPT, Autodesk issues, Navisworks viewpoints, AutoCAD layouts, Revit sheets), and communicate resolutions to internal and external parties.
• Organise and lead coordination meetings/workshops (internal/external via MS Teams, SPM, BIM meetings), representing the company professionally.
• Communicate and defend company design requirements, constraints, benefits and interests, and translate meeting outcomes into actionable task lists for team members.
• Federate and manage multidisciplinary models for coordination, quality, and clash resolution, including maintaining BIM models on Client servers.
• Guide, mentor and support BIM modellers and coordinators, overseeing modelling quality, updates, and issue resolution.
• Lead space planning and model coordination, including managing space allocation/reallocation, developing policies/standards and forecasting future spatial needs.
• Ensure project compliance with BEP, LOD/LOI requirements, documentation standards and overall BIM execution quality control.
• Manage stakeholder communication and workflows, ensuring alignment, issue closure, and continuous model improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

• Proficient in Navisworks, Revit and AutoCAD, with strong presentation and documentation ability using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant professional
• Ability to work independently with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (professional and written communication), other languages is a plus
