AV & IT Technician – Onsite (Munich, Germany)

Dear Consultant,For a global technology-driven organization, we are looking for a technically skilled and proactive AV & IT Technician to support audio visual systems in conference rooms and demo environments. This is a fully onsite role working closely with end users and technical teams.- send CV to ([email protected]) if you are interested, speak German and open to onsite work in Munich with the right to work in Germany.Role: AV & IT TechnicianStart Date: ASAPDuration: 6 months (with option to extend)Location: Munich, GermanyWork Model: 100% Onsite (5 days/week –)Experience Required: 3–5 yearsLanguage: German B2/C1 preferred, English professional level required Key Responsibilities• Manage, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and peripherals• Maintain and troubleshoot Extron control systems, AVoIP setups, and AV infrastructure• Support live demos integrating AV systems, Windows endpoints, IoT devices, and cloud services• Re-image and deploy Windows PCs using standard tools• Administer user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)• Perform Windows Server administration (patching, basic services)• Collaborate with network teams on infrastructure troubleshooting• Maintain documentation for configurations and troubleshooting• Support customers during conference room presentationsPreferred Skills & Experience• Microsoft Teams Rooms & Teams-certified hardware• AV control systems: Extron, Crestron, Q-Sys or similar• AVoIP technologies (Dante, Biamp AVB, NDI, NVX)• Reading AV schematics and signal flow diagrams• Windows OS deployment, imaging & troubleshooting• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) & Microsoft 365 administration• Windows Server (DNS, DHCP, VMs)• Networking fundamentals (VLANs, IP addressing, QoS)Bonus: Azure services, Power Platform, Intune, PowerShell, any programming language
