Tasks

• Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems to meet the requirements of the industrial and automotive sectors
• Development of software architecture in coordination with other departments
• Independent technical leadership of development projects, taking into account time, costs, and quality
• Organization and execution of reviews, as well as approval of new software releases
• Technical guidance and development of software team members
• Active introduction of new methods and process improvements
• Close collaboration with the Head of Software

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, telematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
• Several years of experience in firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
• Experience in implementing safety-critical software in industrial and/or automotive environments (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
• Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong solution-oriented approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, systematically, and with a high degree of personal responsibility
