Associate Director - Global Discretionary Solutions

Deep understanding of investments and investment products, preferably with experience in Discretionary Portfolio Management., Expertise in product development and regulatory requirements across WPS geographical footprint., Marketing and presenting experience, preferably specific to investment products., Demonstrable skills required to deliver in a complex organisational structure, including: excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities; ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective; delivery-focused, with a good understanding of project management disciplines and techniques, as well as presentational skills., Understanding of current ESG regulations and implementation of AI into workflows would be a bonus.
