Area Supervisor

● Education:, - Bachelor’s degree or higher., - Fluent in English., , ● Experience:, - Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year of management experience., - Experience managing medium to large-scale warehouses (600+ operators)., , ● Skills:, - Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and cost management., - Ability to predict and manage risks, improve safety mechanisms, and implement cost reduction strategies., - Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement., - Ability to work alternate day and night shifts as required., , ● Software Proficiency:, - Skilled in Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software., - Familiar with WMS/TMS systems., , ● Preferred Competencies:, - Lean Management: Proficiency in 6S, Kaizen, or other lean tools to independently manage lean improvement projects within the warehouse., - Cost Management: Identify and implement cost optimization strategies., - Team Development: Effective at motivating and managing team performance for continuous improvement.
