University degree in accounting / finance / business administration., Min. 4 years of experience in finance & accounting, including 1 years of team management or process coordination, Fully capable of communicating, negotiating, making presentations and reports in English. Knowledge of other European language will be an asset., Able to multi-task and prioritize workload, plan, organize and coordinate work and resources in short and long-term., Capable to influence, motivate, engage others, giving clear targets and direction to the team, delegating and empowering the team, tracking and managing progress to achieve results., Able to work under pressure, having the self-drive to work and „can do” attitude
