What you will do

The chemical and natural resources industries are undergoing a fundamental transformation as sustainability, circular economy principles, and digitalization reshape their future – creating both significant challenges related to regulatory pressure, cost competitiveness, and operational complexity, while also creating substantial opportunities for innovation, efficiency improvements, and sustainable growth. Across both industries, we partner with clients to strengthen operational resilience, enable responsible production, drive operational excellence, and realize value through digitalization, advanced analytics, and end‑to‑end value chain optimization.

We seek experienced professionals with strong communication skills—fluent in English and preferably at least one additional language—and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights. Our success is built on trusted client relationships and close collaboration with our global delivery centers to deliver measurable, transformative outcomes.

  • Build new consulting capabilities by contributing to digital transformation and analytics initiatives, supporting client proposals, and maintaining strong, up‑to‑date industry knowledge.
  • Working flexibly — primarily remotely within the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) model, but also ready to travel and collaborate onsite with clients across Europe and beyond when project needs require.
