Machine operation: Operating various machines and systems in the sawmill and ensuring a smooth production process, Lumber quality control: Assessing wood quality, sorting according to specified criteria, and maintaining consistently high standards, Forklift operation: Safe and efficient transport of sawn timber and packages using a forklift, Log yard duties: Operating a wheel loader in the log yard when required. Experience with wood: Ideally, you have experience working with wood; training in the wood industry is an advantage but not required, Technical understanding: You have good technical skills and operate machines responsibly and carefully, Forklift license: Valid forklift license with practical experience, Team spirit & reliability: Careful working style, hands-on mentality, and strong teamwork skills, Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and support a 2-shift system during the season, German language skills for internal communication, Driver’s license category B and own car
