We're building an AI Client Innovation team that turns what's newly possible in AI into opportunities and real solutions for clients, fast.

The gap we're closing: AI capabilities are evolving weekly, but most clients can't adopt them at that pace. We stay at the forefront, translate new capabilities into practical patterns, and ship increments clients can actually use and build on.

You'll own the infrastructure that makes the team faster. Agentic engineering workflows, MCPs, plugins, skills, AGENTS.md, integrations with coding agents, the shipping flywheel. Every week, the team should ship more easily than the week before. You're still a builder first. When there's no tooling work, you ship client increments alongside the rest of the team.

This is a hands-on role. You'll build internal tools, contribute to client work, and continuously improve how we work.
