Remote!B2B contract!Team Structure: Reports to Change Manager; collaborates with AI Factory Product Owner.Operational Context: Focus on both technical implementation and user engagement processes.Summary: The AI Platform Adoption & Change Specialist is responsible for promoting and facilitating the adoption of AI Factory across both technical and non-technical user communities. This role is crucial for enabling the organization to leverage AI technologies effectively and transform its operations through data-driven insights and solutions.Responsibilities:Drive adoption of the AI Factory among technical and non-technical user communities.Design and execute change and adoption strategies aligned with the AI Factory roadmap.Identify and mitigate adoption risks, resistance, and usability gaps.Collaborate with the AI Factory Product Owner to understand vision and priorities.Translate technical capabilities into user-friendly narratives and feedback.Create enablement materials, tutorials, and internal communications about AI Factory.Design training sessions for both technical users and business stakeholders.Monitor and report on adoption metrics and user satisfaction.Build and execute a communication plan to support AI Factory initiatives.Must Haves:Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.Ability to create training and enablement materials.Proven track record in monitoring and evaluating adoption metrics.Nice to Have:Familiarity with AI technologies and concepts.Experience working with Product Owners or in product management roles.Background in technical training or support.
