AI/ML Developer (f/m)

Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or comparable, 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development or Data Science, Practical experience with: Machine learning and predictive analytics (e.g., regression, classification, forecasting); LLM-based solutions and frameworks like LangChain or Haystack; Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure and Kubernetes), Excellent python skills including experience with packages like FastAPI, Hands on experience in deploying models and algorithms into production as well as experience with ML Ops tools and frameworks (e.g. MLflow), Communicative knowledge of Polish and English, Occasional travel to Germany (1–2 times per year), CV in English
