SummaryThe AI Factory Product Owner drives the delivery and evolution of AI Factory capabilities, ensuring alignment across teams while emphasizing technical excellence and governance.Main Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards a common goal.Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI Factory.Lead and coordinate multiple agile squads on AI Factory components.Define and refine epics, features, and user stories for execution.Act as a technical counterpart to engineering and AI teams.Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.Embed governance and compliance into product delivery.Monitor product adoption and drive continuous improvement.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or related role.3+ years in agile development environments.Proven experience managing complex technical products.Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Experience with enterprise-scale platforms.Familiarity with OKRs and metrics-based prioritization.Experience in multi-team environments.Other DetailsRemote (100%).
