• Proven hands-on experience using AI tools within design processes
• Strong understanding of modern UX/UI methodologies
• Experience in driving change and increasing overall team productivity through AI-enabled workflow improvements
• Experience in building or optimizing design workflows
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or conducting workshops
• Ability to bridge design, technology, and business perspectives
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Practical experience leveraging AI across research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and validation phases
• Ability to design and implement AI-supported UX/UI workflows
• Experience in accelerating mockup and prototype creation using AI tools

Optional

• Experience working in AI-augmented product teams
• Knowledge of prompt engineering in the context of design
• Experience collaborating closely with frontend development teams
• Experience building or evolving design systems in AI-supported environments
