AI Developer (SAP‑related data processes experience)

100% RemoteB2B (160–170 PLN/h + VAT)Start: ASAP / within 1 month / flexibleWe are looking for an experienced AI Developer to design and deliver AI/ML solutions supporting data processes in large enterprise environments, particularly within SAP-related workflows.Responsibilities:Build AI/ML models for data profiling, classification, anomaly detection, and NLP-based automation.Integrate AI-driven automation into end-to-end data migration and transformation processes.Develop intelligent data extraction agents for PDF, Excel, and scanned documents.Create and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory.Apply MLOps practices for monitoring, retraining, and validating models.Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.Requirements:Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).Experience with SAP-related data processing (SAP BDC, SAC, SAP data models).Practical experience with Databricks (Delta, PySpark, MLflow) and Azure Data Factory.Familiarity with Azure ML or similar cloud ML platforms.Ability to work in complex data environments and deliver production-ready solutions.Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.Nice to have:4+ years in AI engineering, data engineering, or applied ML.Experience in SAP data migration or enterprise transformation programs.Experience with MLOps tooling (MLflow, Azure DevOps CI/CD).Benefits:Medicover healthcareMultisport cardE-learning platformGroup life insuranceFully remote work
