Scope of Responsibilities:
- handling customers and carriers in matters related to customs procedures and the execution of air freight shipments;
- submitting import and export customs declarations;
- correctly preparing SAD documents with attachments for importers and exporters in accordance with applicable law;
- cooperating with the customs office to ensure proper documentation;
- cooperating with clients;
- responsibility for maintaining required quality standards.
Our Requirements:
- a valid entry on the list of licensed customs agents;
- experience in preparing documents for customs clearance will be an additional asset;
- minimum secondary education;
- a communicative level of English is welcome;
- good knowledge of the MS Office package;
- good work organization, independence, engagement, teamwork skills, and communication skills;
- at least 6 months of employment in the current position at UPS (for internal candidates).
