Candidates applying should satisfy the following criteria:
- Education: successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs;
- Work experience: at least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area depending on the business needs;
- Computer skills: very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Language skills: very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2) / knowledge of additional EU language.

The description of duties is a presented below:
- Provide administrative support in general
- to monitor functional mailboxes and communicate with internal and external parties
- Co-ordinate and monitor the workflow of documents
- keeping the register of the tasks assigned to the Division and the related deadline list,
- Support in drafting notes, letters, reports and follow ups on documents
- Carry out data entry and support administration and monitoring of electronic databases
- Assist in organisation of meetings with internal and external participants
- to draft notes, letters, reports and follow up on them
- to prepare and follow-up on financial commitments and documents
- contributing to drafting/distributing/storing various communication processed in the Division,
- assist in handling correspondence, arranging missions, flights' bookings and agenda management
- ARES document management system handling support
- Standby duty coordination
