Actuarial Analyst, Reinsurance Pricing Poland

Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, including understanding complex problems and being able to explain them clearly to others, Aptitude in VBA, SQL, Python, and R (or desire to learn it), Fluent English skills and French or other European languages would be an asset, High attention to detail, and hence rigorous and accurate work., A proven eye for making things simpler, quicker, and more efficient where possible., An openness to challenge (both ways), and the ability to help a group to reach a consensus., Existing actuarial or combined maths/eco/coding qualifications, Some experience working as part of an actuarial/statistical function / team, Proactive approach to organisation with ability to plan and prioritise work
