Accounting Team Leader

Minimum 2 years of experience in RtR / Audit, Solid understanding of accounting and finance systems such as SAP, HFM, and BlackLine., Proven leadership experience with strong focus on change management, communication, and team motivation., Strong interest or experience in automation and digital solutions (ERP, workflow tools, robotics, AI)., Improvement-oriented mindset with exposure to Lean / Kaizen methodologies., Ability to challenge the status quo while building trustful stakeholder relationships., Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse issues and recommend practical solutions., Excellent business partnering skills with internal and external stakeholders., Fluent in English., Academic background preferably in finance/accounting/economics (MBA, CIMA or ACCA would be an advantage)., Lean/Six Sigma, RPA experience.
