Your mission

• Ensure system compliance and baseline security with policies and best practices.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.).
• Administer and manage the virtualized on-premise server environment and ActiveDirectory
• Configure and maintain the networking environment (switches, firewalls).

Your profile

• Proven hands-on experience of IT system administration in a hybrid On-Premise/Cloud environment.
• Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure base technologies such as:

1. Virtualization and storage technology
2. ActiveDirectory/Group Policies
3. Storage and
4. Backup solution

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and security.

• Experienced with managing of network devices and firewalls.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, hands on mentality and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written) – minimum B2/C1 level.

   Polish language skills are a plus.

• Background in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a advantage.

• Communicative and open to work in a global company and international IT team.
