Your tasks

Your Impact

As a Consultant in our Venture Clienting team, you will play a pivotal role within a dynamic, globally active group. You will assist our clients in establishing and managing their own Corporate Venture Client Units, enabling them to transform their businesses with leading-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analytical Insight: Utilize advanced analytical methods to deconstruct and simplify complex client data, providing clear and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Project Management: Take on key roles within project teams, manage specific components of projects, ensure that all deliverables meet our high standards of quality, and gradually take on more client-facing responsibilities.
• Client Engagement: Manage relationships for designated projects or segments, ensuring client needs are fully met and cultivating lasting professional relationships.
• Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Actively engage in entrepreneurial projects within the team, proposing innovative solutions and participating in the development of new business models or enhancements to existing ones.
• Mentorship and Development: Engage in and contribute to mentorship programs within the company, enhancing both your interpersonal skills and those of your colleagues, while contributing to team-wide learning initiatives.
• Ecosystem Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of specific segments of the business and innovation ecosystem, providing insights that are crucial to the strategic direction of Pexus Ventures and our clients.

Your Skillset

• A strong academic background in STEM or a related field with a strong technical focus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with outstanding analytical skills and an organized, detail-oriented work approach.
• Passionate about the Venture Client model, startups, innovation, and technology.
• An energetic self-starter, team player, and creator.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in German and English, with additional languages being an advantage.
