Aufgaben

• Als Produktmanager Metallisierung und Galvanik treiben Sie innovative Technologieentwicklungen für komplexe Produkte im Bereich der Metallisierung von Leiterplatten und Substraten im internationalen Umfeld voran und steuern diese

• Verantwortung für Maschinen- und Anlagen zur Herstellung von Leiterplatten, einschließlich Produktentwicklung, Markteinführung und Produktlebenszyklusmanagement

• Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung, -analyse und -bewertung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um strategische Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Produktentwicklung und Positionierung zu treffen

• Durchführung von Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen und die Erstellung von FUM-Matrizen zu den Anfragen unserer Kunden

• Leitung des Projektteams bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Neuprodukten sowie der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anlagen gemeinsam mit den Bereichen R&D, Engineering und externen Kooperationspartnern

• Erstellung und Abgleich von globalen Produktstrategien zu den Markt- bzw. Kundenanforderungen im Bereich der Herstellung von Leiterplatten und Substraten

• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Markteinführung, Kundenakquise und bei Schlüsselverhandlungen

Tasks

• As Product Manager Metallization and Electroplating, you will drive and manage innovative technology developments for complex products in the field of metallization of printed circuit boards and substrates in an international environment

• Responsibility for machinery and systems for the production of printed circuit boards, including product development, market launch and product life cycle management

• Continuous market monitoring, analysis and evaluation in cooperation with the sales team to make strategic decisions regarding product development and positioning

• Conducting feasibility studies and creating FUM matrices for our customers' requests

• Leading the project team in the design and development of new products and the further development of existing systems together with R&D, engineering and external cooperation partners

• Creating and aligning global product strategies with market and customer requirements in the area of PCB and substrate production

• Supporting sales with market launches, customer acquisition and key negotiations

Ihr Profil

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie oder vergleichbarer Abschluss

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement sowie in der Leitung von technologischen Projekten

• Kenntnisse in Metallisierung/ Galvanik, bevorzugt in metallischen Abscheidungsprozessen für die Herstellung von Leiterplatten oder Halbleiter sind wünschenswertt

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zur Führung von interdisziplinären Teams im internationalen Umfeld

• Starke strategische, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

• Hohe Kundenorientierung und Bereitschaft, auf Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie weltweite Reisebereitschaft

Requirements for the applicant

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemistry or comparable degree

• Professional experience in the field of product management as well as in the management of technological projects

• Knowledge of metallization/plating, preferably in metallic deposition processes for the production of printed circuit boards or semiconductors is desirable

• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams in an international environment

• Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills

• Strong customer focus and willingness to respond to customer needs

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English and willingness to travel globally
