Aufgaben

• Konzeption, Entwicklung und Konstruktion von neuen Maschinen- und Anlagetypen

• Berechnung und Auslegung von Baugruppen und Komponenten

• Durchführung von Machbarkeitsanalysen

• Konstruktion von Prototypen und Funktionsmustern

• Ermittlung und Auswahl von geeigneten Fertigungsverfahren

• Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Pflichtenheften, FMEAs und Risikobeurteilungen

• Planung, Betreuung und Dokumentation von Versuchen für Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Entwicklungsprojekten

Tasks

• Conception, development and design of new machine and plant types

• Calculation and interpretation of assemblies and components

• Realization of feasibility analyses

• Design of prototypes and functional samples

• Determination and selection of suitable manufacturing processes

• Preparation and elaboration of requirement specifications, FMEAs and risk assessments

• Planning, supervision and documentation of tests for new and further developments

• Self-responsible supervision of development projects

Ihr Profil

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/DH/Uni) der Ingenieurwissenschaften (z.B. Maschinenbau, Produktentwicklung, o. ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung/Konstruktion

• Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

• Freude an analytischer Arbeit und Weitergabe von Wissen

• Erfahrung mit FEM-Berechnungen oder numerische Strömungsmechanik (CFD) sind ein Plus

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Microsoft Office Kenntnisse

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SolidWorks und SAP sind von Vorteil

Requirements

• Completed studies (FH/DH/Uni) in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, product development, or similar) or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in the field of development/design

• High degree of independence and personal responsibility

• Joy in analytical work and transfer of knowledge

• Experience with FEM calculations or computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Microsoft Office skills

• Knowledge in the use of SolidWorks and SAP is an advantage
