Your tasks

We're looking for a talented Manager Pricing & Steering to join our Trade Management team. You will play a important role in our organization by creating pricing guidelines to boost business growth. You will analyze key performance indicators and team up with cross-functional teams to enhance cargo distribution.

• Develop and implement pricing guidelines that maximize contribution and ensure full vessel utilization
• Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer transactions to inform pricing decisions
• Cooperate with business teams to gather market feedback and drive business growth
• Manage projects, such as digitalization and automation, to improve trade management processes
• Work closely with Cargo Control to distribute slots on single ship systems and coordinate with different Trade Management departments

Your profile

• University degree or close qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Sales, Trade Management, or Revenue Management
• Solid understanding of functional processes within the transportation industry
• Analytical, structured, and efficient working style
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong English skills (business level), as all communication is conducted in English
