online payment capabilities r , we are looking for Senior Product Manager a to take ownership of o online payment strategy ur a build a payment platform nd that driv customer satisfaction, adoption, and conversion. es This i high-impact role s a where you will define, build, and scale our online payments offering, working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless integration of online payments across product lin es. As the product leader of our Growth Platform, you w ill:

• Own and drive Shore’s online payment strategy
• Expand online payment adoption
• Lead API integrations with third-party payment providers
• Work closely with our payment provider
• Identify new opportunities to expand and enhance our payment platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Influence stakeholders across the organization
• Measure success through key KPIscustomer adoption, transaction volume, conversion rates, and overall satisfaction.

Your Profil:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background i payments and/or fintech n .
• Experience in driving online payments, integrations, and building solutions on top of them .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured and pragmatic thinker with an iterative, data-driven approach to product development.
• Highly autonomous and proactive
• Experience with API integrations and understanding of payment processing workflows (authorization, settlement, chargebacks, etc.) is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Stripe
• Compliance knowledge
