Introduction

CAPELLI SPORT is looking for a full-time SALES ASSISTANT (m/f/d) to support our sales team in Ratingen.

Your tasks

You will be part of our sales operations team, which plays a central role in the smooth handling and optimization of sales processes. You will monitor orders and delivery dates, coordinate internal processes and ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently. As the interface between sales, marketing, logistics and finance, you ensure that all relevant information is in the right place at the right time. You are the contact person for our Sales Managers and actively support them in preparing quotations, processing orders and providing ongoing customer support.

In addition, you will take on administrative and organizational tasks, deal with complaints and play an active role in the further development of our internal processes – with the aim of making our sales even more efficient and customer-oriented.

What are you doing as a SALES ASSISTANT (M/W/D) exactly

• You monitor orders, delivery dates and the distribution of goods in close coordination with our sales team and customers
• You process, coordinate and manage customer orders in the office.
• You create and maintain order documentation.
• You process complaints independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You support our Sales Managers in preparing quotations, order processing and customer care.
• You take on administrative and organizational tasks.
• You actively participate in the coordination and optimization of internal processes.
• You work together with various internal departments to ensure that all customer requirements are met

That's you

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You are very confident in using Microsoft Office programs
• You have very good communication skills, quick comprehension and a self-confident manner
• You impress with your conscientious and responsible work
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
• You have a motivated and open-minded nature
