You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations. Was Dich erwartet

• Du erledigst anspruchsvolle administrative Aufgaben, wie u. a. die Mandatsverwaltung, Geschäftskorrespondenz, Rechnungserstellung und Terminplanung
• Du bist verantwortlich für das Dokumentenmanagement, die Aktenführung und die Fristenüberwachung
• Du koordinierst Büroabläufe in Deinem Bereich, organisierst Geschäftsreisen und bereitest Meetings und Veranstaltungen vor

Was Dich auszeichnet

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte, Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie einschlägige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
• Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest zuverlässig, bist proaktiv und hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
• Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Du beherrschst die MS Office-Anwendungen sicher und professionell
